Briefly describe your raiding history, both in WoW, as well as any previous raiding in other MMORPGs. Please include your previous raid schedule; have you ever raided 5 nights a week?	I am more of a casual raider now that I have a wife and two kids. I did not do much of the raids before Wrath of the Lich King because as soon as i hit 70 my account was hacked and i left WoW for a year. I have done Naxxaramas, Kara, Obisidian Sanctum, Emalon, and Vault of Archavon.
Drama, tears, general malaise and bitterness are always fun, but we do tend to put progress first. Under what circumstances did you leave your last guild(s)?	I left Wolf Guard because I missed being around my RL friends/siblings. It also did not help that my only RL friend in the guild at that time stopped playing WoW. Also, I just didn't feel like I fit in.
DKP Minus is one of top raiding guilds currently on Eonar, and we receive many apps from every class. Why should we recruit you over the next guy?	I have been playing a Warrior for 4 years now and know every aspect there is to know about my class. I alos am NOT an immature pre-teen like a good chunk of the people playing are. And rest assured, if I do get out of line, Spokenprayer (my older brother) will not hesitate to slap me in the head :D
What add-on modules do you use? We insist that you use Omen, Ora2, Deadly Boss Mods and Pally Power (Paladins)	I am a big fan of Bartender 4 and always will be. I also use Omen, Deadly Boss Mods, and when I am tanking I use MTLove.

If you raid with DKP Minus, you will drip elixirs and potions from your pores. Are you willing and able to do the farming required to keep up?	Indeed, I do a lot of farming already so it won't be any different to me.
Names of current DKP Minus guild members you know who would vouch for you, if any	Spokenprayer. I may know others for all I know, but as of right now my older brother is the only one.
Raid spots are competitive even if you do come prepared. Can you handle riding the bench, particularly during your app process?	Most definately, as I stated earlier I have a family to take care of therefore I do not have the time necessary to dedicate towards being a hardcore raider so I would be more than happy to just be a "filler" so to speek.
DKP Minus members raid until our fingertips bleed, 7 est until 12 am. What hours are you available?	I am usualy available from 8:00PM to 1:00PM server time on week nights; except for monday's and wedensday's when my wife has Kickboxing, then I have to watch the kids alone from 8pm to 9pm server time.

DKP Minus members are not shy, and thick skin is a must have. How do you deal with harsh criticism and outright verbal abuse?	Either bark back or take it like a man and realize that it ain't the end of the world. If they can dish it out, they should be able to take it right back.
Tell me about your class! What is your average DPS/TPS/HPS? Do you use Macros? Show us you know how to play!	Well, I used to be fury for a long time. It is a wonderful DPS class especialy before they nerfed Titan's Grip. There is a lot more white damage I noticed with fury spec. One day I decided to swith to Arms to give it a shot, also because i PVP a lot now. For me, my DPS shot way up. I learned that stacking your bleed effects and keeping them stacked does a lot of damage. Also, If you get the glyph for overpower (parry's also proc it) and fill out the talent for it (increased Crit Chance) you do insane damage if you don't stack expertise. The more that bastard dodges and/or parries, the more he gets slapped over and over again. Another thing I love about Arms spec is your bleed effects also cause more damage done to the target for everyone which is great for raids. Anything you can do that helps everyone out is always a plus. Well, heres the rotation I use which is different than Elitest Jerks... Battle Charge - Mortal Strike - Rend. Now, for the remainder of the fight i use Overpower, Revenge, and Mortal Strike when they are available, they are what i call High Priority Moves. In between all of this you always keep Heroic Strike (and cleave if you have excessive rage) stored up for the next melee hit and constantly casting Slam. Also, Bladestorm gets used as soon as it cools down and always always keeping rend refreshed and my battle shouts up. The one thing I love about being a warrior though is the fact that you can "store" some moves for the next melee strike and at the same time use other moves.
What would you say is your primary weakness in a raid situation? (Note: "I am a chronic overachiever" is not a valid response.	Well, a problem I have happen once in a while is conflicts in the household. As far as weaknesses are concerned, I guess I would say I get quite nervous when raiding at times, especialy when I have to tank. My train of thought goes all crazy.
