Briefly describe your raiding history, both in WoW, as well as any previous raiding in other MMORPGs. Please include your previous raid schedule; have you ever raided 5 nights a week?	My raiding history started with old world content and has moved through all current expansions. I have raided Onyxia's Layer (Old), Molten Core, Karazhan, Gruul's Layer, Magtheridon's Layer, Tempest Keep: The Eye, Black Temple, Sunwell Plateau, Naxxramas 10/25 (New), and Ulduar 10. I have raided very close to five nights a week before due to Absolutions old raiding schedule.
Drama, tears, general malaise and bitterness are always fun, but we do tend to put progress first. Under what circumstances did you leave your last guild(s)?	The circumstances in which I left my previous guilds, other than Absolution, were all due to lack of progression. There was no effort on behalf of the guilds administration and lack of motivation from its members. I could not be a part of such and environment. I left Absolution due to personal issues with an ex girlfriend, causing me to take a 6 month break from the game.
DKP Minus is one of top raiding guilds currently on Eonar, and we receive many apps from every class. Why should we recruit you over the next guy?	I am applying initially as a member. I am a hard worker, a fast learner, and I never give up. I persevere until the objective is complete no matter what it takes.
What add-on modules do you use? We insist that you use Omen, Ora2, Deadly Boss Mods and Pally Power (Paladins)	I use Omen, Ora2, Deadly Boss Mods, Recount, and Xperl for raiding.
Net Connection Speed/Type	Cable (Time Warner).
If you raid with DKP Minus, you will drip elixirs and potions from your pores. Are you willing and able to do the farming required to keep up?	I have always kept up with my elixirs, potions, and food for raids. The majority of the time I bring a vast majority of different buffs just incase other raiders run short.

Raid spots are competitive even if you do come prepared. Can you handle riding the bench, particularly during your app process?	I am very willing to ride the bench as I realize the competitiveness within a guild such as DKP Minus.
DKP Minus members raid until our fingertips bleed, 7 est until 12 am. What hours are you available?	I am available after 5pm est until around 2am est. Give or take a half hour someimtes.

DKP Minus members are not shy, and thick skin is a must have. How do you deal with harsh criticism and outright verbal abuse?	Previously beingin Absolution should explain that I can take a great deal of criticism and especially verbal abuse. Its part of the game, if I am not doing my job correctly, then I deserve to get my ass chewed. I handle it well, and make the adjustments needed.
Tell me about your class! What is your average DPS/TPS/HPS? Do you use Macros? Show us you know how to play!	During previous raiding experiences my damage per second is usually around 4k. Using certain cooldown mods helps me tell when Serpent Sting is going to expire to be able to keep it up at all times, to increase the chance of Lock and Load procs. I keep Black Arrow up as much as possible. I have a macro that allows me to switch from Aspect of the Dragonhawk and Aspect of the Viper quickly when I am running low on mana, I recharge my mana and switch back immediately to re-increase damage output.
What would you say is your primary weakness in a raid situation? (Note: "I am a chronic overachiever" is not a valid response.	My greatest weakness in raid situations is getting trying to do to much sometimes. I am a natural leader, so sometimes I try to offer advice to the raid leaders when I should just let them do their jobs.
