Briefly describe your raiding history, both in WoW, as well as any previous raiding in other MMORPGs. Please include your previous raid schedule; have you ever raided 5 nights a week?

I played EQ for about 4 years ('00-'04), but never raided much outside of pugs.
I only ever dabbled in City of Heroes, EQ2, or Lord of the Rings for more than a few months apiece.
I've played WoW pretty steadily since the servers went live (with occasional breaks). Cut my raiding teeth on MC, Ony, and ZG with Insomniacs. Cleared everything BC had to offer (pre-Sunwell) with Absolution. Naxx, OS, VoA etc... Malygos, and the first few bosses of Ulduar on Blackhand (on my SP).
Never needed to raid much more than 3-4 nights a week, but occasionally we'd add a day here or there to practice encounters or just mop up before resets. |

Drama, tears, general malaise and bitterness are always fun, but we do tend to put progress first. Under what circumstances did you leave your last guild(s)?

Hmm... Drama, Burnout, Boredom, and/or Rampant Failure; take your pick. Usually one, or all have been involved to some degree. |

DKP Minus is one of top raiding guilds currently on Eonar, and we receive many apps from every class. Why should we recruit you over the next guy?

I think there's a pretty good chance that I'm not completely terrible. I've managed to outperform better geared people fairly consistently in the past, but I really don't see how it could have been much more than simply knowing the rotation/prioritization for a given spec.
I use my eyes, and I push my buttons... I don't think there is much more to it. |

What add-on modules do you use? We insist that you use Omen, Ora2, Deadly Boss Mods and Pally Power (Paladins)

If you raid with DKP Minus, you will drip elixirs and potions from your pores. Are you willing and able to do the farming required to keep up?

It's can sometimes be a chore, but keeping myself in food and pots in the past hasn't been a problem. |

Raid spots are competitive even if you do come prepared. Can you handle riding the bench, particularly during your app process?

Typically, that should not be a problem. I take call once a week for work though, so I may not be available until late on occasion, or may be required to leave on short notice. |

DKP Minus members are not shy, and thick skin is a must have. How do you deal with harsh criticism and outright verbal abuse?

If it's justifiable, I'll handle it fine. Verbal abuse has usually been something that happens to other people, so that's entertainment. |

Tell me about your class! What is your average DPS/TPS/HPS? Do you use Macros? Show us you know how to play!

I've played every class to 70 (at least), and Deathknight really is my favorite to date. I like the facesmashing, certainly, and the playstyle is a comfortable fit, but I really enjoy the flexibility. Being able to transition fairly seemlessly from dps to offtanking (or vice versa) without sacrificing much dps is pretty great. In Naxx10, OS, and VoA, recount usually showed me in the 3k+ range while dps'ing, and around 2500+ in tank gear (remember, please, that this is in a mix of crafted/rep/badge/heroic 5-man/naxx10 junk).
I don't macro very extensively. For the purpose of laziness I've tied a few main attacks to rune strike. To conserve bar space I have a modifier macro for my Oblit/Death Strike, tied trinkets/racial to the first attack of my normal rotation, etc. |
