I was (in the entirety of BC until early Wrath of the Lich King) in Reality Ripple. I then went to The Good Bad and Undead in hopes of finding raiding content, as well as friends- much of RR had migrated to GBU. Several months later, I moved to No Limits; I disliked the leadership system in GBU, and was looking for a home (My brother, Ronmcdon, was in No Limits at the time as well.) After participating in a successful raid with Broken Destiny, I was asked to join them, and did so, as No Limits had very poor raid progression. |

Briefly describe your raiding history, both in WoW, as well as any previous raiding in other MMORPGs. Please include your previous raid schedule; have you ever raided 5 nights a week?

I began my raiding career in BC. With Reality Ripple, I raided 5 nights a week in SSC and TK for the most part of Burning Crusade. Near BC's end, I was an offtank in Black Temple and Hyjal, maintaining the same schedule. In WotLK, I have raided all content barring hardmodes. |

Drama, tears, general malaise and bitterness are always fun, but we do tend to put progress first. Under what circumstances did you leave your last guild(s)?

I left my last guilds due to poor leadership and little (if any) raid progression. |

I have a great deal of experience with my own class, am knowledgeable about the roles in raids of other classes, can handle criticism well, and willing to take advice from others. |

What add-on modules do you use? We insist that you use Omen, Ora2, Deadly Boss Mods and Pally Power (Paladins)

The add-ons I use for raiding are Omen, Ora2, DBM, Grid, DeCursive, and SquawkandAwe (a balance druid DoT timer). |

DKP Minus members are not shy, and thick skin is a must have. How do you deal with harsh criticism and outright verbal abuse?

If given criticism, I would listen to what was told, and adjust my actions in raid accordingly. I can easily handle verbal abuse. |

Tell me about your class! What is your average DPS/TPS/HPS? Do you use Macros? Show us you know how to play!

I've been playing a druid since vanilla. My single-target DPS (Self-buffed) on target dummies is 3.9k. I don't use too many macros. I have focus macros for cyclones when needed (I.E. Faction Champions), and target macros for fights like XT (to quickly find the heart) and Northrend Beasts (to target snobolds.) |

What would you say is your primary weakness in a raid situation? (Note: "I am a chronic overachiever" is not a valid response.
